Every pipe that passes through a concrete wall represents a potential leak path. To reduce this risk, Union Global Technical Equipment (UGTE) fabricated and supplied a batch of PE puddle flanges, each one fusion welded directly onto an HDPE pipe section and ready to be cast into the wall.

Because the flange and pipe are welded into a single piece, there are no gaskets to fail and no metal to corrode once the concrete is poured. The order covered several pipe diameters, so our fabrication team matched each flange size to its pipe. Before dispatch, every unit was checked for weld integrity and correct flange positioning.
